If I could just write a little something on a personal level here.

I’ll start this by thanking every single one of you for your kind words, respect and encouragement for me to put my time and creative energy on the line. I want to say that I’m way stoked and so excited to finally be working on this latest project, OK To Disconnect, that starts off with track 02. Space Invaders, roughly around 7pm PST tonight.

First off, I love creation. I love to create and have something there for me to look at, to hear or feel. It’s been too long that I’ve had these ideas, these tracks on the table but no output, no release. No restriction on deadlines or release dates, just a stale business model to put a collection of tracks into an album and sit on it for a year. I’ve always done my best work under pressure. I’m hoping this challenge will offer the opportunity I’m looking for to put some interesting tracks out for people to take, whether it’s mediocre or awesome. And really if you’re not at all into some of my music, all I ask is that you respect the effort I’m putting into to the challenge and the unique strategy involved. This isn’t easy.

I will be your tree so you may gather my leaves and make them into crowns and play king of the forest. I invite you to cut off my branches and build a house. You may cut down my trunk and make a boat, then you can sail away. Even if down the road I am just an old stump, an old stump is good for sitting and resting. So sit down and enjoy the creation of music with me. Sit down and rest.

Support = <3

There’s nothing I enjoy more than hearing someone tell me how much they love a song I created. Well, actually, there’s a couple of things that could top it.. like 4 or 5.. but I don’t want to get into specifics right now. Plus one or two are just downright wrong in 2 or 3 states.

What I will say about the whole buying stuff to support my efforts thing is this: I offer you intangible creation that cannot be held, touched or put on a table. What is tangible is worth something more to me and you, and that is what you can purchase.

The items that are in the Gear section are those that will be handled by myself and my team of specially trained monkeys. Sure they’re really just out of work writers for fortune cookies, but consarnit, it’s rough out there people. And monkeys.

Join the Last Falling Mailing List and stay connected. I’ll let you know when new items are up that you might dig. For all you Mr. Pink haters out there, rumor has it there might be a Mr. Orange on the way. So hang on to it, Toy-Boy, you might need it when it starts raining naked ladies.

In conclusion, enjoy Track 02. Enjoy the YouTubes. Enjoy the creation I have to offer, or don’t. It’s up to you to decide to support and subscribe.
