INFORMATION
This is the first digital album developed by Last Falling to disconnect from the traditional "business model" of developing and producing albums. LF has implemented a unique subscription model for weekly releases of a song for a predetermined length of time noted above. Each track is paired with a corresponding video of evidence for 36 documented hours of creative time devoted per song.
While the idea to release a song a day or week isn't new, what is unique about OKTD is that it is not a simple singer/songwriter project. It is referred to as an ambitious music project with specific goals; to write, record, and produce one song a week for a predetermined length of time that is documented with audio/visual evidence.
CREDITS: All music and lyrics written by Bryan Ferguson. Some tracks feature digital drum performances by Mark Evangelista. Produced. mixed and mastered by Bryan Ferguson.

INFORMATION
What has been a nearly been a decade of sustained work created by Bryan Ferguson is compiled in this release of 2009. An acoustic record, it is a true solo departure from the traditional sound of Last Falling. Emotional songs embedded with more than personal lyrics line the tracks with seemingly timeless sounding music.
There is no real concept to this album except for the title and cover image, which reveals the emotional identity of the songs. The more 'produced' tracks were recorded and engineered by Bryan's brother, Daniel Ferguson, in 2 rooms of the family house, while other 'raw' sounding tracks were self-produced and recorded in 1 room.
INFORMATION
With a developing concept in mind, this song was released late 2008 for transitional purposes, auditioning a more 'electronic rock' sound that was to be heard from Last Falling in the near future. Okay To Disconnect was to essentially be the next to follow the origin of this track.
Lyrics were inspired by an ironic self-theory of the decline of a digital culture and the fast paced electronic lives that seemingly pass us by as if we drive on a freeway while real life resides in the slow lane. That is the intent behind it at least, you can interpret the words any way you like.
